How Do I Make a Complaint?
There are a number of ways to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombud:
- Use our Online Complaint Form.
- Call us toll-free at 1-888-465-1100 from anywhere in N.B., or 506-453-2789. Our phone lines are answered between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Mail or fax us.
All complaints to the Ombud are strictly confidential. We require your contact information in order to respond to you, and for statistical tracking purposes.
