How Do I Make a Complaint?

There are a number of ways to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman:

  • Use our Online Complaint Form
  • Call us toll-free at 1-888-465-1100 from anywhere in N.B., or 506-453-2789 if you are calling from the Capital Region. Our phone lines are answered between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Mail or fax us.
  • Schedule an appointment for a meeting in person at our Fredericton Office
